Check Log
Each monitored device has its own check log which shows the results of every check for the last 30 days.
To access the check log for a device, first go to the "Update Device" form by clicking the device link in the status window.
Then click the "Checks" link at the bottom of the form.
Checks are listed in timestamp order, most recent check first.
Timestamp: When the check occurred, date/time timestamp represented in the account timezone.
The timestamp is also a link to detailed information about the check, including all server response codes, notes about the check and any HTTP headers returned.
Checked From: Our monitoring station location.
Result: The result of the check.
OK: The check completed successfully.
Error: The check did not complete successfully. (TR) indicates that Automatic Traceroute is configured for this device and due to the nature of the error encountered, traceroute data is available. Click the timestamp for complete details.
N/A: Internal error, the check could not be initiated.
Size: The size in kilobytes of content returned. N/A for checks that do not return content.
Time: Time required to complete the check in seconds.
