Free Trial Program
The free trial program allows unlimited use of all features of the system for 30 days with no obligation to pay. Devices cannot be monitored more frequently than every 5 minutes during the trial. Premium notification methods are not available during the trial; however, they can be tested separately. Free trial accounts can be upgraded at any time during the trial period to remove the trial limitations. If an account is upgraded before the trial period ends, the account will be billed a pro rata amount to cover the rest of the month as described in the service fees section below.
Monthly fees are automatically billed to the credit card on file on the first day of each month to cover service for that month. If a service is requested during the month, a pro rata fee is billed the day the service is requested to cover the time from then until the end of the month. If monitoring frequency for a device is increased during the month, a pro rata fee will be billed to cover the difference in price. If monitoring frequency is lowered during the month, or a device is deleted during the month, a pro rata credit will be issued to the account creating a credit balance. The credit balance will not be issued to the credit card on file. The credit balance will remain in the account until it is consumed by future services. If a pro rata fee is less than $2.99, billing will be postponed until accumulated charges are at least $2.99. Other fees such as the per incident charge for premium notification methods will be accumulated during the month and charged on the first day of the following month. If the monthly billing amount to be billed on the first day of the month (the total of the monthly service fees and per incident charges for premium notification methods) is less than $9.95, the minimum charge of $9.95 will be billed.
Credit Card Expiration or Authorization Failure (Service Suspension)
If an account credit card is due to expire, an e-mail will be sent to the default e-mail contact for the account on the 13th day of the month of expiration. Unless the account is updated with valid credit card information, a second e-mail notification will be sent on the 23rd day of the month of expiration. If credit card authorization fails for any transaction, the default e-mail contact will be notified. If the account is not updated with valid credit card information within 5 days, monitoring services will be suspended. Following service suspension, when the account has been updated with valid credit card information, monitoring service will resume. A pro rata fee covering service for the rest of the month plus a $10.00 service fee will be billed at that time.
This is a monthly subscription service with no contract required. The account can be cancelled at any time.

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you may cancel your account at any time and receive a full refund of fees billed during the month the account is cancelled.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
