Q. How long do you keep data?
A. We keep uptime data for 3 years. We keep raw check data for 30 days.

Q. As soon as I configured my site, I was notified that it was down because the key word was not found, but the site is up.
A. If you entered verify text in your device setup, make sure the case is correct. The text verification is case sensitive.

Q. How do I reset the statistics for a device so everything starts over?
A. Delete the device from your devices list and add it back.
