How It Works
We check your websites, servers and routers from locations around the world. We look for things like error codes, missing keywords and slow responses. We always use the appropriate protocol for the thing we're checking. Like HTTP for websites, POP3 for e-mail servers and ICMP (Ping) for routers. We check a lot of different protocols. If we don't support something you need, let us know and we can probably add it.
When we detect a problem, we verify it from other locations to eliminate false alarms. When we've decided it's worth waking you up, we notify you with a phone call, text, instant message or e-mail. You can always check your account to get the whole picture on what's going on with your outage, and you can review a plethora of historical uptime and performance data.Learn More
